Yazoo Valley Wildlife is headquartered on Hwy 49W, approximately 70 miles north of Jackson, Mississippi near Isola. We are in the Delta region of northwestern Mississippi, a landscape where agriculture, wildlife and southern heritage are blended as one. Our area of operations extends from the Mississippi River to the Loess Bluffs on the eastern edge of the Delta, and all points between.
From Greenwood or Greenville: Take Hwy 82 to Indianola; proceed south on 49 for 17.6 miles.
From Indianola: Approximately 17.6 miles south of 49/82 intersection in Indianola; 2.3 miles south of Isola.
From Jackson: Approximately 68 miles north of 220/49 intersection; take 49W at Yazoo City. 5 miles north of 49/12 at Belzoni.
